    Brent – Bill – - Excellent interview. A multi-generational workforce will mean greater understanding across generations. I see this as a benefit for everyone, especially the aging population. If you've worked (as a young person) with older people in a professional setting – - you are more likely to understand them as they age out of the workforce. Those lessons learned will benefit all age groups.

    I remember when 35 meant you were on the downhill slope – - Now 70 means – - I'm still on the hill, may be on the downhill side – - but I'm taking my own, sweet, time to get to the bottom.
